FORME is looking for a hands-on leader who is looking to make a huge impact at a fast paced and growing company.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to help establish our PMO, define projects and features, write detailed technical specifications, coordinate complex cross functional projects and schedules, as well as delivering complex projects with accuracy.
This role will work across Product, Engineering, QA and also with other cross-functional team members from Design, Legal, Membership, Marketing, Creative and Content to drive forward multiple projects at the same time, track the status of the software development activities, manage program launches and make sure workstreams achieve their KPI’s and goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead project/program management and cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch Develop processes to ensure teamwork is streamlined and optimized for complexity and velocity across the entire team and its close partners.
Use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
Build strong relationships across the organization with Product, Engineering, IT teams as well as executive leadership Manage expectations for all stakeholders from leadership to individual teams and possess strong problem-solving/negotiation skills to earn trust and influence teams.
Experience:
7+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent experience.
Strong technical experience with Agile methodology and Jira.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
Experience with managing multiple projects through inception to delivery
