Responsibilities: Senior Project Manager – Operational ComplianceThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for the full life cycle oversight of Operational Compliance and Facility Audit team deliverables, with a focus on developing project plans, monitoring and reporting on progress, analyzing and interpreting data, performing trend analysis, and closely partnering with business stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

This position will work to ensure that all processes, procedures, accountabilities, and communications for various Operational Compliance activities are aligned to effectively meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support Operational Compliance goals and activities in partnership with leadership and business stakeholders.Gather, interpret, and analyze data to provide insight into potential business issues, including performing trend analysis.Develop and manage project plans for Operational Compliance goals and deliverables, including creating and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules, tracking progress, and identifying resources needed for timely completion.Assist Operational Compliance leadership in facilitation of meetings with business stakeholders, including creating presentation materials, presenting project plans and status updates, and recording meeting notes.Responsible for assessing and reporting on the status of team activities and properly escalating deliverables that are past due or at risk of not meeting the established deadline to Operational Compliance leadership.Partner with Operational Compliance leadership to develop and deliver business unit-specific communications regarding the status, accountabilities, and gaps in progress of assigned deliverables.Regularly partner and engage with Compliance Program Managers and Facility Auditors, in addition to the broader Operational Compliance & HSE team, working together to ensure a quality and consistent approach on all activities and deliverables.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Serve as a liaison to the Operational Compliance team and business unit leadership to provide current deliverable-related data and information.Recommend and implements enhancements to current processes.

Qualifications: QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related discipline preferred.3-5 years’ experience in project management, with successful management of complex projects.Proficient in Office 365/Google Docs, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
