We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7-10+ years of experience to join our Furniture Procurement (FFE) & Move Management team.
The Sr.
PM is responsible for being the owner’s representative to manage vendors related to commercial furniture and movers, for business relocations.
This position oversees coordination, supervision and internal/external communications to the client and its designers, contractors & subcontractors, FFE/move vendors and other vendors, as it supports MGAC’s contract obligations.
This position requires team effectiveness, time management and efficient output.
This role is typically part of an overall MGAC project team that provides planning and execution of project and cost management of large commercial construction projects.
To be successful you unequivocally must be a self-starter, someone who takes ownership and is proactive.
