You will also be part of a sought-after culture that supports dynamic career advancement and prizes work/life balance.Responsibilities Plans, coordinates and manages the project process for medium to large scale mixed-use projectsRepresents the project or studio as the primary contact for client interactionNegotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate partiesCollaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectationsServes as the main contributor during client meetings and presentationsManages the contracts and finances of all assigned projectsGenerates, maintains work plans and schedulesLeads, collaborates and coordinates multiple consultants to ensure design and documentation meet project expectationsMentors junior staff and helps them navigate the process of the projectJob Requirements Bachelor’s degree in ArchitectureRegistered Architect, California preferred10+ years of Architecture experience5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager for medium to large scale Multi-Family Residential/Commercial Mixed-Use projects, domestic and international projects, and renovation and ground up projectsExtensive experience with California agencies and entitlement and permitting processExtensive experience with Type III through Type IV construction and permitting practicesAdvanced proficiency in Deltek Vision, Microsoft Dynamics and industry leading scheduling softwareStrong verbal and written communicationOrganized, detail-oriented and self-starter#GDEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
