Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking for “Senior Manager “; who could join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Job Responsibilities:

Roles/Responsibilities (5 – 8 day to day candidate’s responsibilities)
  • Provide allocation updates to client PM’s thru the GPS-PPM system.
  • Provide a forecasting report on resource needs as per the project to VMO
  • Ensure compliance to training for all PM resources. Share regular update to client.
  • Reporting of SLA metrics for Resourcing and Training as part of PMaaS Project SLA’s
  • Work with PFM’s and PM’s and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • First level of escalation for any PM related issues
  • Manage portfolio leads and 50+ project managers (onshore and offshore) to achieve timely, concise, and high-quality project executions within the life sciences vertical. 

 

Required Qualifications (5 – 8 bullet points on must have skills)
  • Comfortable using Teams, Visio, Excel, Tableau (nice to have), OBIEE (nice to have) and Zoom  
  • Knowledge of Unity/Clarity (nice to have)  
  • Knowledge/experience using GPS-PPM (nice to have)  
  • Familiar with Waterfall and Agile project execution approaches 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The annual salary for this position is between $[120K-160K] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
