– Human Resources Systems Integration
to join our Human Resources Systems Integration organization.

This position is 100% virtual.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), American Nations Standards Institute (ANSI), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards)
  • Oversight and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectives
  • Identify key stakeholder, project specific objectives and requirements
  • Ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
  • Provide in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans
  • Provide assessment of team performance to appropriate management
  • Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
  • Provide input of team member performance to management, where appropriate

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
  • 5+ years of experience working within accepted project management standards in the industry with any one or a combination of the following: Project management Institute (PMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Application, Development, & Sustaining (AD&S)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience project managing software development projects (e.g.

    defining requirements, monitoring development progress, developing test plans, supporting production deployment, etc.)

  • Strong facilitation skills to assist with or lead discussions to help teams identify/clarify a path forward to achieve desired outcomes
  • Self-starter who is adaptable, can manage multiple actions and projects concurrently, and is a creative/’outside the box’ thinker when necessary
  • Experience working projects utilizing either Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or waterfall development methodology
  • Experience with projects related to HR systems and/or processes (i.e.

    Workday, ServiceNow portal and case management, other 3rd party solutions supporting talent acquisition, learning, benefits, etc.)

Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.

Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience(e.g.

Master+13 years’ related work experience, 19 years’ related work experience, etc.).
