We’re looking for a Program Manager with a focus on AR to join Team Snap.

As a member of the Creative Strategy team, you will lead our 3rd-party vendor ecosystem, ensuring a streamlined workflow and high-quality output in support of the global Advertising Solutions organization.

You’ll collaborate with 3rd party partners across the North American market to develop a successful ongoing program that will accelerate Snap’s creative output in support of the company’s amplified revenue goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and lead 3rd-party vendor ecosystem for the development of sponsored AR projects.

  • Develop strategy goals and key objectives for the expansion of Snap’s NA ecosystem of AR creators and partners.

  • Evaluate macro trends and new market opportunities, prioritize these opportunities, and build business cases to support recommendations.

  • Operationalize processes and roll out educational material to internal teams. 

  • Act as a liaison between Snap’s internal teams and third-party vendors to onboard and manage these external partners.

  • Define clear processes to ensure high-quality and efficient creative executions through vendor-managed services.

  • Negotiate long-term partnership agreements, maintain Legal compliance and manage external production budgets.

  • Maintain close relationships with selected partners to ensure ongoing education on Snap’s CBP (creative best practices) and communication to ensure optimal vendor-managed service.

  • Contribute to scale partner operations for Snap through innovation, efficiency and communication while optimizing the operational workflow by identifying new opportunities.

  • Structure and execute complex analyses to support our strategy, particularly around analyzing data on the productivity of our existing AR partners and the success of the AR tools they are submitting to the platform.

  • Manage the day-to-day business cadence, communicating progress and performance across the team and organization.

  • Create and manage systems that help Creative Production cross-functionally share data and insights and operationalize our workflows.

  • Support Creative Production team with partner strategy and value proposition development.

  • Lead or support special projects and initiatives at the broader departmental level.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities.

  • Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

    Attention to detail is crucial.

  • Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal 

  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and markets

  • Passion for the future of AR

Minimum qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience

  • 6+ years experience of Digital project management

  • Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal 

  • Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Demonstrate a track record of strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills in third-party management and a proactive, structured approach to creative problem-solving

  • Experience preferably in a creative agency, platform, or marketing agency 

  • Familiarity with AR and video production

  • Experience working with technical teams and in a cross-functional role
