Senior Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager
Location: Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee 25-30 personal injury cases a month, ensuring successful progression. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Maintain and develop client relationships. Ensure the highest quality case experience for all team members.
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Korean or Chinese Minimum 5 years of direct personal injury case management experience. Familiarity with personal injury law, especially auto accidents, truck accidents, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Independent work capability and effective problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
