By providing the majority of mechanical requirements in-house, including engineering, 3D-design, sheet metal, HVAC, refrigeration, and controls, we are a “ONE-STOP” shop for any project.We are looking for a Senior Operations Project Manager located in Burbank, CA.
Responsible for developing Company’s management team for various projects; responsible for closing out work related to assigned projects.
Oversee staff in managing building construction design and installation.
Train staff in the design, construction and assembly of HVAC systems, for high
– and low-rise buildings.
Create project schedules and oversee work flows and guidelines for team building at each construction site.
Attend meetings with clients and developers regarding projects being designed and constructed by the Company.
Manage and lead operations of large construction projects.
Apply cost effective solutions in improving sustainability, both via water and energy conservation.
Work with staff to integrate design and construction.
Set guidelines for techniques and design practices to avoid design and construction issues.
Train staff to provide integrated design practices.Experience and Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Construction Management, Engineering or closely related.
5 years of construction management experience including scheduling, budgeting, and contract negotiation, 5 years of project management experience and in concrete, steel and wood frame construction.
All experience may be gained concurrently.
