You Are:

A Strategy Consulting guru with deep professional experience working across Wireline and Wireless industries.

You are high energy and have a passion for the Communications industry.

You are at the forefront of industry trends such as 5G and Edge services, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients in the West.

You consider yourself an expert at identifying transformations, confirming opportunity, targeting value, and nurturing client relationships and are equally capable of applying those skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members.

These skills enable you to deliver on a wide range of strategic, highly impactful engagements that help Communications clients set and achieve their strategic objectives for growth and profitability.

The Work:

  • Partner with clients across the Communications industry to deliver innovative and transformative programs, with a particular focus on Consumer and Enterprise Revenue Growth, Network Expansion, Cost Transformation, and applied Digital and/or Cloud technologies including 5G and Edge services.
  • Lead teams in identifying strategies and delivering solutions to achieve client value outcomes
  • Draw on best practices to inform recommendations
  • Create and share industry thought leadership and perspective with clients
  • Initiate relationships, build trust and elevate Accenture’s brand and client presence in the Industry as a long-term trusted advisor and partner
  • Support business development efforts and manage bid responses
  • Mentor junior members of the Strategy & Consulting team and groom them for more responsibility and impact

Travel: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience consulting for or working in the Communications industry with a proven track record of shaping strategies and delivering complex and impactful client engagements in highly visible leadership roles

Bonus Points if:

  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
  • Specific experience with competitive agility, network expansion, cost transformation, applied cloud and edge technologies, growth strategy, and customer engagement
  • Prior experience in driving insights using visualization and analytics tools

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $147,700
– $305,000.
