Role: As a Sales Technology Senior Manager
– Program Portfolio Manager within IT Solutions (ITS), you are charged with providing strategic and tactical leadership of the Sales Tech Project Portfolio to ensure alignment with ITS leaders and business partners.

You will lead the creation, implementation, and development of efficient and effective project portfolio management processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiencies in planning.

You will lead a team of Project and Program Managers who will drive planning, development, and implementation of project efforts across the ITS portfolio.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities + Define the Sales Technology Project Portfolio roadmap by collaborating with Business Partners and ITS Delivery Leads to ensure alignment between business objectives and ITS delivery + Accountable for driving initiative sequencing and dependency tracking across the project portfolio while working effectively in the face of ambiguity and changing priorities + Drive quarterly planning to define initiative priority and business benefits and map portfolio objectives for the coming quarter to annual objectives + Responsible for the execution of the Sales Tech portfolio roadmap by ensuring ITS initiatives are planned and staffed for success + Receive and manage new prioritized projects requests and drive assessments to plan for delivery against current commitments + Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects through initiation to delivery.

Oversee and/or collaborate with project leadership on initiation activities such as project setup, dependency mapping, scope refinement, resource allocation on budget definition.

+ Create consistency in reporting to drive transparency with ITS and Business stakeholders across the portfolio + Provide timely updates to Business, ITS, and PMO leadership to maintain alignment and elevate critical risks + Track and manage budget within the Sales Tech project portfolio to ensure spend aligns to project budget + Bring recommendations on best practices in various project and program execution methodologies to ensure the right level of governance is applied for project success + Manage and mentor project and program managers to grow and develop the skill-sets and capabilities of your team + Enable self-managed teams and an open, collaborative culture + Showcase collaborative behaviors that exemplify an open and fun culture of successful delivery on joint objectives Requirements + 12+ years of experience in software project / program management with experience leading large and complex projects involving multiple business functions + 5+ years experience leading a Project Portfolio of complex cross-functional technology projects + 3+ years managing a team of project and program managers in a technology setting + Bachelor’s degree + Demonstrated experience of leading teams in ambiguous environments + Proven ability to lead through example in an evolving environment + Experience in planning, monitoring, and driving project portfolio prioritization, planning, and sequencing + Expertise in projects and program management using a variety of execution methodologies and the expertise to make recommendations on the right approach + Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of portfolio management concepts + Effective analytical skills with an ability to identify issues and resolve, or identify the internal resources to assist + Tolerant of ambiguity and the flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities + Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral) + A validated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization + Excellent leadership skills that improve project team effectiveness + Excellent organizational and documentation skills + Experience managing Sales Tech and Customer Success Programs is a plus We value diversity, equity, and inclusion at our company.
