We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Systems to lead our high-performing People Systems team. Under the Director, People Operations, we seek to centralize ownership of our HR tech stack and decision-making in a fully focused, dedicated team. We are seeking an experienced manager energized by optimizing systems architecture, growing and scaling new teams and processes, and passionate about making work-life more productive and seamless.This position will play a critical role in our continued efforts to integrate our workforce systems into an enterprise solution aimed at creating a seamless employee experience across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Own technical architecture of our Global Core People Systems (Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, Talent, Integrations, Greenhouse, Adaptive Planning, Journeys, Workday Analytics, Security, Business Processes etc)
- Manage, develop, and grow a global team of People Systems Architects and Managers
- Provide focus to a high performing team and exceptional customer service to internal clients and partners
- Advise cross function people teams (i.e. HRBPs, People Ops, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition) on People Systems architecture and operational improvements to unlock productivity.
- Meet on a recurring basis to understand needs, prioritize technology enhancement, uncover opportunities for improvement and automation. Establish regular technical review and readout cadence
- Partner with the People Systems Products to participate in roadmapping our internal systems strategy and implementation
- Lead technical implementation of new systems/processes to further streamline and automate HR business process
- Oversee the rollout of systems optimizations projects in our portfolio
- Partner with people analytics team to update our HR systems to capture streamlined employee data
- Collaborate on change management for the development of training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
- Lead required systems audits and technical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements (SOX, MORA, GDPR)
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources or equivalent experience with HR and HRIS
- 10+ years Workday experience at a fast paced, high growth company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy; ability to do root cause analysis to guide decisions and action plans where limited foundational/framework exists
- 5+ years of experience managing a team
- Demonstrated understanding of domestic and international HR programs and processes
- Technical Project management experience related to implementation of new, complex programs, systems and/or processes. Familiar with agile methodologies and project management practices. Experience with JIRA highly preferred.
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretely handle sensitive and confidential information
