We’re looking for a Senior Manager, M&A and Global Expansion to join our People team!

What you’ll do:

Provide strategic input in all phases of the process including due diligence, integration planning, execution, and integration into the business

Have a global scope, supporting acquisitions and expansion efforts across all geographies and business lines.

Serve as the primary POC and provide hands-on support and project management in all HR matters for M&A deals from due diligence through integration phases and ultimately through transition to business HR teams

Develop an internal playbook for both M&A and global expansion that can be leveraged for each initiative and iterate on that playbook to make enhancements built to scale

Coach and guide a lean team of program managers to ensure effective project management and timely delivery to meet the demands of our business

Continuously improve the Global Expansion/M&A program & tools with the team member experience in mind

Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Corporate Development team members to execute against time-sensitive deals from due diligence through integration of our newly acquired talent (country due diligence, immigration, recruiting, benefits, compensation, payroll, time and attendance, retirement plans, stock/equity, HR compliance, employee relations, organization design, diversity & inclusion, talent management, and performance management).

Work collaboratively with multiple partners across Snap to drive both strategic and tactical alignment across our workstreams

Provide strategic input on global expansion efforts both for new offices as well as growth in existing markets, ensure we have the people programs, policies and processes needed to scale

Map key achievements, track progress, and provide regular updates to the project team and other key partners

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs

Orchestrates multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish a goal

Think creatively to tackle unique problems

Knows the impact of global trends on the organization

Knowledge of and experience in international employment laws, regulations, and best practices

Experience with M&A HR support and integration

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Management Consulting, HR M&A and global expansion or related field with 2+ years of project management experience.

Proficiency in project planning methodologies and tools, ability to scale tools (e.g.

excel-based) to automated solutions (e.g.

project management tools with automated dependency management)

Strong business acumen and ability to work optimally across business lines and varying cultures.

Experience multi-tasking and managing various projects simultaneously to drive timely results.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Business or Human Resources

Experience leading global program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts

Excellent attention to detail and steadfast commitment to follow-through

Ability to convey recommendations and ideas in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications

Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of audiences – technical and business clients, HR functions, and all levels of employees
