Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Senior Manager Marketing Strategy with a major media corporation.

***We would like this position to be hybrid with 3 days in office but are flexible between Century City or Burbank location***

Overview:
Our business is responsible for marketing strategy, creative content, creative advertising, research, media, digital marketing/social media, CRM, publicity and synergy of every movie released transactionally among the various franchises across The Company.

We are responsible for all marketing strategy and marketing plans across all windows following theatrical and streaming.
Job Responsibilities:
In partnership with Marketing Lead, initiate and support aspects of marketing strategy, positioning, and campaign timing.
Serve as the hub to ensure all cross-functional teams (Publicity, Creative, Research, Product Management, Media, Digital Marketing, and Multi-Platform Marketing) are in alignment with campaign strategy, target audience, positioning, etc.
Generate and maintain key campaign strategy documents, presentations, and meetings to update various internal and external groups (marketing campaign kick offs, marketing meetings, weekly department meetings, updates to Product teams, etc.).
Ensure integration and consistent messaging and tie-ins across all marketing departments, day-to-day campaign elements and activities in a given period threading marketing messaging across platforms.
Maintain key documents to serve as the communications platform to increase alignment and understanding of campaign activities.

From developing marketing milestones, to creating campaign overview presentations, to maintaining updated status documents on the campaign, these communication devices are critical to higher level functioning of the team.
Manage the campaign milestones and deadlines and coordinate debuts across teams and platforms, requiring detailed project management.
Facilitate and ensure all necessary approvals on marketing elements including legal clearances.

With the ability to champion marketing executions and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders.
Maintain current status of all campaign materials/initiatives across departments, responsible for sharing information with the wider marketing team.
Seek, identify and execute process and communication improvements
Increased responsibility for additional department projects
This is an on-site role.

The company requires on-site workers to be fully vaccinated absent a legally required exemption approved by the vendor.

Exceptions to the vendor vaccine requirement apply in states that have laws concerning employer vaccine mandates.

Vendor must ensure that any unvaccinated workers follow applicable safety protocols when they are on-site.

Specifically, for any of their workers who are not verified as fully vaccinated, it is the vendors responsibility to ensure that at all times when performing services on-site at a U.S.

location or property, those individuals, at a minimum, will wear a disposable face mask certified by ASTM International with an ASTM Level 1 or higher rating (to be changed every day).

If the individuals regularly work within three feet of others, the vendor must also implement a secondary mitigation measure such as a face shield or safety glasses.

Please note that workers may only remove the face mask if the worker is alone in an office with the door shut, or the worker is six feet of distance from others and actively eating or drinking.

Additional safety protocols may be required, as determined in the sole discretion of The Company or its affiliates.

If requested, the vendor must inform its contact of any safety protocols the vendor has implemented for any of its workers while on-site at a location or property.
Basic Qualifications:
High level capacity to be a strong communicator, collaborate and influencer across teams.
Digital marketing experience
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate ideas in a fast-paced creative environment
Candidate MUST be able to work effectively in a highly matrix organization.

Required Education:
Bachelors degree minimum.
