JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Sports is searching for a Senior Manager of Gambling and Digital Operations to join the team in Los Angeles.
The role will oversee key projects in a variety of areas supporting the FOX Sports Digital business including Gambling, Audience Development and Digital Monetization.
You will guide day-to-day gambling integration efforts for FOX Sports Digital, with a focus on investigation and recommendations for new initiatives, and optimization of existing content and workflows as well as work closely with FOX Bet on integration efforts with a focus on enhancing existing and identifying new opportunities to maximize cross-team efforts.
Additionally, you will guide projects from ideation through execution working cross-functionally within the organization and provide continued ongoing support to ensure the projects are properly optimized and achieving Digital’s overarching goals.

Planning, execution, and assessment of gambling integrations campaigns Communicate gambling and digital monetization reporting and evaluation to various internal stakeholders Planning and evaluation of other digital monetization initiatives Guide audience development executions
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Successful track record of shepherding day-to-day digital integration efforts with a focus on analysis and recommendations for new initiatives, and optimization of existing content and workflows Great knowledge of the digital/social space and the ability to identify new opportunities to maximize monetization Proven track record of planning, execution, and assessment of integration campaigns Ability to communicate plans/results and lead strategy discussions for gambling and other digital efforts Outstanding communication skills
