Glassdoor is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital paid media efforts for both Job Seekers as well as Employers.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; loves the highly analytic approach to performance marketing; and enjoys building teams and capabilities.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will lead a small team of campaign managers in order to deliver against consumer and B2B acquisition goals, managing spend and budget to help acquire users.

You will work with our decision science team to improve our view of user lifetime value (LTV), and will build a continuous test and learn culture, mining campaign performance insights to drive future campaign testing.

What You’ll Do:
Own, develop, and plan paid digital marketing strategies on both the B2B and B2C sides of the business Lead a team of digital marketers in the execution of online paid media campaigns, including SEM, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns Be responsible for the spend and budgeting process, including monthly forecasting and reporting Work across marketing teams to continuously test and improve campaign creative, copy, and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimization Work with analytics, decision science, and business operations to build out a customer LTV model
What You’ll Bring:
B.S.

or M.S.

degree and 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a heavy focus on paid search/social/display marketing Deep quant skills.

Ability to analyze & develop complex business models for sophisticated acquisition programs Proven leadership and people development skills.

You can manage and mentor a team, and can work and influence cross-functionally.

Outstanding problem solving skills.

You’re not just repeating a playbook, you’re looking at every problem with fresh eyes and digging deep for insights and solutions.

Interpersonal and presentation skills.

You are able to confidently present insights and recommendations to senior management Expertise in Excel and knowledge of Tableau required; SQL a strong plus.

Experience with bid management platforms, DSP’s, DMP’s, etc., a plus Strong desire to add to our culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
