The Senior Manager is responsible for the overall management of Care Management Services for Cedars-Sinai Medical Network.

The incumbent will research, develop and recommend policies and procedures based on current standards of care and legislative/regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain the Care Coordination Programs for the network.

Responsible for developing and implementing programs to serve our Population Health patients in order to meet performance factors related to health plan specialty contracts.

Will have oversite of Patient and Provider Services and Social Work and Care Transition Programs.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, clinical and utilization outcomes, staff engagement, provider experience and patient experience.

Education:

BA or Masters in Health Care Administration, Management, Health Sciences or Data Analytics required.

Experience:

Three to five (3-5) years of management experience in healthcare field, managed care experience (particularly in a Medical Group or IPA setting) strongly preferred.

Extensive technical and medical knowledge of disease categories and the services provided in ambulatory and institutional setting.

Thorough knowledge of utilization and Case Management, referral process and managed care operational and contractual concepts and issues.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Excellent oral and written skills.
