If you’re a driver, join us.Bambee is looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist who will support the daily functions of the People Operations (HR) department under the supervision of the Director of People.
We obsess over the employee and candidate experience and in this role you will be the front line in delivering the most consistent and memorable experience.
This position will work diligently with all teams in the company to ensure that we are not only compliant in all aspects of HR, but doing so in a strategic way to attract, develop, and retain company talent.
This position will also support recruiting efforts by coordinating interview logistics, pre-employment background, reference checks, and onboarding.Our ideal candidate has experience at a scaling tech company.
You will have superior organizational skills and a proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision.
