Senior Director Product Operations – YEEZY

THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Senior Director to lead our Product Operations – YEEZY team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will work as part of the key leadership team for our Top Collaborators and help set the pace for the brand. You will lead product development from Concept to Commercialization for Yeezy. Under your leadership, the team, will push boundaries with innovative and industry-defining Footwear. THE TEAM We re a collaborative and diverse team across multiple locations. You ll be collaborating directly with a strong, close-knit Design and Marketing triad, and cross horizontal partners including Sourcing, Supply Chain, Materials, Advanced Concepts to name a few. You have a background in Footwear Development/Creation and a history of working with Top Collaborators. You re not afraid to take risks and check your ego at the door. Leading and developing a successful, diverse team gets you out of bed in the morning. You re deeply passionate about your craft and can balance consistency and detail with creativity and data. You re a good fit for the role if: You have 10+ years minimum years of experience, specializing in in Product Development, Sourcing and/or Materials or directly related field with appropriate management experience.Proven experience and deep understanding of Yeezy, Pharrell and Beyonc market.Proven record of leadership and accomplishment in a multi-national environment.Understand complexities and challenges of the business. Strong ability to identify root cause and create optimal path forward.Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required.Excellent fluent English (verbal and written) skills, German/Asia languages an advantage.You re an effective communicator, comfortable presenting topics at all levels.You champion accessibility and inclusivity throughout Product Development process.You can source, interpret, and implement feedback and insights into your process. Bonus points for:Analytical mindset, comfortable building reports and using data to drive decisions.Leading and inspiring large teams.Knowledge of, or experience in the sporting goods industry and/or complex global organizations.Supply Chain Management background or knowlege ABOUT US At adidas we believe that through sport, we have the power to change lives.
