Senior Director, GOAT Client

GOAT Group is reimagining the future of luxury clienteling services. We’re seeking an innovative leader, who is as passionate about the greatest products as they are personalized service, to design and support our GOAT Client Program.

The Client Director will have the opportunity to build a uniquely GOAT personal clienteling program that increases customer retention, drives growth, and attracts new high potential clients.

To foster meaningful and long-lasting relationships with customers and our community, you’ll hire and mentor a team of expert Client Relationship Managers to deliver a luxury service experience.

You’ll create a global strategy for client acquisition and development, including engagement opportunities and premier service offerings.

In this role you will:

  • Hire and coach a team of Relationship Managers to deepen client loyalty and provide a white-glove service experience
  • Set clear performance targets and design a commission structure to motivate and encourage
  • Managers to maximize their client relationships
  • Develop performance reporting for team and program results
  • Leverage data to evaluate our current customer base, identifying our best buyers as well as potential new clients to increase brand loyalty and drive purchase behavior
  • Design and implement a client acquisition and development strategy, leveraging our current customer base as well as other networks and leads 
  • Create uniquely branded opportunities and events to foster new client introductions working in partnership with the Brand team
  • Collaborate with the Product, Marketing and Customer Experience Leadership 
  • Drive the execution of project timelines to meet milestones

We are looking for:

  • 8+ years experience in a luxury retail or service related industry and knowledge of luxury culture
  • Deep understanding and passion for high-touch luxury service
  • Experience launching large-scale global initiatives CRM background
  • Creative, innovative personality 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Strong ability to engage and clientele
  • Experience articulating and presenting ideas to broader team and senior management
  • Proven analytical skills for measuring/tracking success and KPIs
  • Exceptional time and project management skills
