In this newly created role, you will be responsible for representing the voice of the consumer based on supporting data, analytics and actionable insights across portfolio of products. You’ll integrate program data from multiple sources, apply pragmatic analysis and deliver insights to advance business strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience driving portfolio-wide data and analytics strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders across digital, social and paid media. Required – 10+ years of analytics + insights leadership experience – Proven record of balancing qualitative + quantitative research methods with deep knowledge of customer, consumer, and shopper research methodologies – Strong leadership and people management experience – Experience in both small + large consumer products company – Experience in an influencer model preferred – Desire to be part of a transformation of a strong traditional business – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics or Mathematics highly preferred Reply with relevant experience to be considered!
