Failure to provide proof of vaccination may result in asking for your removal from the account.Role PurposeThe Global CAD/CAFM Lead role is responsible for Management and Leadership of the CAD/CAFM team that is delivering on-going CAD/CAFM services for a large client in the Technology sector.This role requires this individual to bring proven expert technical skills, management experience, as well as leadership around developing and implementing best practices and innovation to our client while managing a global team that is growing and transforming.What this job involvesKey responsibilities include:* Provide management and oversight to the Global CAD/CAFM team that is delivering CAD/CAFM Projects and support the on-account OP team’s mission by providing best in class CAD services that ensure superior quality, consistency and delivery of the established program.* Serve as the global CAD/BIM subject matter expert and support major CAD and/or CAFM initiatives* Provide leadership to the dedicated CAD/CAFM team as it relates to innovation, training, quality assurance, etc.* Bring innovations to streamline processes, reduce errors and improve performance* Oversee the team who will perform test fits and provide clear instructions* Accountable for financial P&L responsibilities (revenue, forecasting and invoicing) for the team* Provide & Review monthly reporting for billing purposes* Analysis of weekly/monthly utilization for team to manage workload and work flow between teams* Manage overall relationship with client* Develop and update the global CAD Processes, Tools and Strategies* Setup the team’s and individual’s annual goals, establishing realistic targets and actionable plans to meet the targets and review on a bi-annual basis.* Work with global colleagues and regional management on CAD Initiatives* Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means.Every day is different, and in all these activities, we’d encourage you to show your ingenuity.Sound like you?
To apply you need to be / have:Experience* 2-3 years of Global Team Management* 5 years of CAD/CAFM Technical and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
Strong understanding of occupancy planning, architectural design.* Extensive professional experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or global company* Strong written communication and presentation skills, to promote ideas and proposals persuasively* Exceptional stakeholder management skills* Proven track record of successfully working with senior executives* Strong organizational and planning skills* Process oriented and analytical* Director level leadership experience minimum, global experience preferred.Skills* Leadership Skills: A leader with exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills.
