Madly growing and located in Seattle, WA, we are seeking a full-time Senior Digital Product Manager to join our team.

The Senior Digital Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution of our emerging IoT ecosystem.
You will be the guide for new products and capabilities in the mobile, digital and data space that deliver the next generation of the Rad Rider experience.
Your work and leadership will shape every Rad rider’s experience moving forward, extend the reach of our market leading brand and be visible to the highest levels of the organization.
This role will be responsible for collaborating cross functionally with UX, Software Development, Architecture, Hardware, Marketing, Customer Service Operations and more, to plan and execute our Vision for Connected Bikes.
This role reports to our Director of Connected Bikes.
Why You’re Rad (about you):* 5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, preferably in connected ecosystems* Customer first thinker who thrives in an environment of autonomy and builds strong partnerships across an organization* History of success developing product strategy and feature roadmaps that drive a balance of key customer and business value for early stage products* Strong team leadership experience in an agile working environment with a track record of scoping and leading complex products with many stakeholders* Experience in assessing product-related data collected from customer feedback and market trends to prioritize product opportunities within the framework of Rad’s business goals* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and collaborative environment Additional Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience You get bonus points for:* Practical knowledge of AI/ML* Prior accountability for department or group P&L* Working knowledge of bikes and especially ebikes Had you been with us last month, the top 5 things you would have impacted are:* Developed a competitive landscape analysis and formulated strategies to expand Rad’s market share with new products* Operated as a liaison between departments ensuring that product changes and developments are communicated in a timely manner, keeping everyone aligned on priorities and direction* Lead prioritization of consumer customer capability based on 3rd party and 1st party research findings* Partnered with Software and Hardware Leads to define future state IoT architecture to enable Connected Bike experience.* Expanded professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies* Additional duties as assigned & required Sounding good?
