- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of customer-facing experience, working with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
- Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
- Experience collaborating with or in a team setting, both internally and externally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with online media buying strategies and advanced technologies (GMP ecosystem).
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and excellent analytical skills, combined with a sense of ownership and a proactive can-do attitude.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive the successful adoption of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) solutions to help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.
- Guide clients through the organizational changes needed to unlock the full value of the GMP solutions, and help them align their people and partners to deliver on their digital transformation.
- Partner with customer-facing account teams and executives (sales, support, professional services, and partners) to develop strategic plans that help customers achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Google Marketing Platform Certified Partners and with the Google Technical Professional Services team to project manage and coordinate necessary steps to drive the implementation of GMP products.
- Engage up through VP-level marketers, agencies, and partners to lead them through adoption and use case value realization of Google Marketing Platform technology.
