Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Executive Engagements

We are looking for an experienced customer-facing Marketing manager to build, own, and orchestrate Clari’s Customer Council programs across critical C-suite personas.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience partnering directly with C-suite Executives, and be able to leverage their deep business acumen to create programs that engage, delight, and empower our most strategic and forward-thinking customers, driving brand awareness, world-class retention, and a powerful reference program.

As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll design and orchestrate a program of high-touch, high-caliber C-suite content, and activations for top-tier customers to activate them as Clari ambassadors.

You’ll partner with Content, Design, and Brand to package customer stories in the form of whitepapers, blogs, videos, case studies, and references.

You will serve as the spokesperson representing the customer councils interfacing directly with customers and Clari revenue leadership to beat the drum of Clari’s community in the market to increase awareness and boost memberships. 

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing and Community Programs.

This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the Western time zone.

Responsibilities

-Define program strategy, execution, engagement strategies, and day-to-day operations of the customer council program across the C-suite and emerging executive personas 

-Create a rolling sequence of high-touch activations tailored to C-suite executives, including roundtables, summits, and 1:1 meetings

-Develop customer awards, gifting, recognition, and ‘thank you moments’ throughout the year

-Recruit and fulfill C-suite reference requests as part of the Reference Program

-Become a go-to expert and source of knowledge for sales, with a deep understanding of use cases, strategic growth priorities, and key executive persona references

-You have a keen ability to synthesize complex customer use cases into clear, concise story narratives

-Pitch, execute, and promote customer stories in the form of case studies, videos, campaigns, and sales collateral

Qualifications

-6-8+ years experience in a Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Chief-of-Staff/Operations, or Broadcasting role

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.

MBA and/or experience working in corporate strategy or business development is a strong plus.

-Fortune Enterprise 500, top-tier consulting practice, and/or B2B SaaS experience 

-Experience interviewing, writing, and producing customer evidence

-Strong time management skills and attention to detail 

-Possesses excellent written/verbal communication; you are persuasive, motivating, and clear; recognized as a world-class presenter

-Comfortable public speaking, hosting, and moderating executive audiences
