Arise is seeking a Sr.

Content Marketing Manager that is dynamic, creative, and a proven leader in Content Marketing.

You will report to the VP of Service Partner Marketing, helping conceptualize, plan and write imaginative content designed to engage and attract potential Service Partners to the Arise platform.

This role requires a leader that can develop deep insights into Service Partner needs and motivations and then craft blogs, infographics and articles that will grow organic traffic and drive high conversion rates.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a customer engagement strategy across social media platforms, and on our websites, through exceptional storytelling.

Most importantly you are responsible for driving growth of organic profiles, those driven through direct, referred and search engine traffic to our web properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own insightful persona-based profiles of Service Partners by demographic and skillset that will inform and shape all future content.

• Build a content architecture for each persona type that maps their needs, challenges and pain points across their customer journey from awareness to consideration and decision.

This content architecture will be the roadmap for content development to drive more engagement and higher conversion rates among potential Service Partners. 

• Write, proof and publish 3-5 content pieces per week adhering to the content architecture to drive organic traffic, engagement with content assets and registration on the Arise platform.

• Act as the primary editor on all communications to be published across website, social, blog posts, video content, content downloads/offers ensuring the grammatical and factual accuracy.

• Monitor industry for trends and the competitive landscape.

Document insights into our customers’ purchasing decisions and recommend strategic themes and communications based on findings.

• Manage daily Twitter and LinkedIn posts; implement strategy provided by social media agency; monitor influencers, competitors, and influencers’ handles; increase followers year over year.

Translate the overall brands’ identities, messaging and business priorities into social media execution.

• Deliver quantifiable leads driven through social media and organic website strategies, engagement, audience growth and awareness.

• Establish and track KPIs to understand what is performing, what is not and provide recommendations for adapting strategy.

• Promote specific to Client opportunities by working with key stakeholders to develop content specific to that program or promotion.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business required

• 6+ years conceiving, writing and proofing blogs, articles, social media posts and digital marketing content with a business to consumer (B2C) focus preferred.

• Proven experience creating and managing content marketing strategies targeted consumer demographics across all B2C channels

• Advanced knowledge of social media tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Social Bakers, BuzzSomo, etc.

• Possess digital design and video editing capabilities.

• Able to effectively manage resources and collaborate with a broad cross-functional team of leaders with challenging schedules.

• Strong project and time management skills ensuring projects are followed through to completion.

• Must have superb attention to detail and ability to think outside the box to create solutions for a wide array of challenges.

• Highly creative, but backed with strong analytical, problem-solving skills; metric-driven

• Strong written and oral communication skills with a sharp eye for copywriting.

• Must work well under pressure and be able to manage simultaneous projects.

• Working understanding of principals of SEO.

• Ability and willingness to roll one’s sleeves up and get work done, as well as identify resources and delegate efficiently
