Our amazing clients include Microsoft, eBay, Zwift, Unilever and DAZN, amongst others.Our advanced SmartCrowd technology platform utilises the gig-economy to enable organisations to harness expert product users to help live customers on demand.The mission is to empower anyone on the planet to earn money for providing brilliant customer service for brands they love!Ready to be part of our Limitless journey?The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Content Manager to deliver key copywriting, powerful storytelling, and editorial content across our channels to tell our stories, while ensuring that the brilliant messaging reflects our amazing brand and key business objectives.Create and manage the creation of content to power growth as we continue to scaleWork with Marketing and Sales to influence opportunitiesWork closely with Ad teams on ABM material targeting identified prospects in key accountsPositively impact lead capture and maturation through high quality education contentLeading and managing all aspects of the company’s content marketing strategyLead the effort to develop and mature leads by delivering innovative creative content against key strategic initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channelsTake an audience-based approach to developing compelling content in support of Limitless global brand and commercial objectivesBe a subject matter expert for the company in understanding our customers, their behaviour and motivations and develop a deep understanding of Limitless products and servicesDevelop and manage content/editorial calendar mapped to business objectives, key announcements, and eventsManage and oversee content and creative team members and external consultantsOversee consistent application of brand standards and content style guidesProvide regular status reports, timelines, and delivery calendars to key stakeholdersCreate and deliver a diverse set of solution-specific information and sales tools, including educational point of view papers, collateral, sales presentations, etc.Manage portfolio of sales tools, including sales presentations, playbooks, and other assetsWork with product managers and sales leadership to maintain relevant and current product positioning including capabilities and benefitsDefine and innovate campaigns/lead generation programs for use for lead generation purposesCollaborate with segment marketing managers to develop ABM email campaignsUse current industry trends, competitive products, and other factors to craft compelling and differentiating messages for key prospectsRequirements5+ years of relevant content strategy and content development experience in the technology, B2B and/or service industriesExperience working in SaaS CX or software experienced (preferred)Excellent writing and editing skillsExperience devising and executing integrated content marketing and branding strategiesStrong understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics including the use of measurement tools to gather insights, track progress and translate information into actionProven team leadership, coaching, mentorship, and management skills, as well as solid project management experienceStrong attention to detail and the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to adapt quickly to agile, fast paced and changing environmentBenefits 25 days holiday a year (plus bank holidays)Flexible workingRegular team socialsChristmas partiesLimitless are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
