Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Customer & Marketing, Advertising, Marketing & Commerce in Los Angeles, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work You’ll Do Select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs and participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Participate in various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for software applications, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Evaluate clients’ technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation; Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for client engagements. Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, help to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementations. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. 80% travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. #LI-DNIRequirements Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs;Using Salesforce Audience Studio, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics 360, Google Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support the design and development of project solutions;Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders;Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks;Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments using Salesforce Audience Studio, Display & Video 360, Analytics 360, Google Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; andSupporting business development activities, including proposal development, responses to Requests for proposals, marketing proposals, and advertising proposals.80% travel required nationallyTelecommuting permittedEOE.
