Job Description The Senior Brand Manager on Neutrogena Skin Tech Innovation is a key strategic role within the US innovation Hub, directly supporting the US as our lead market in its efforts to grow our brands!

This position reports into the Director Skin Tech and Acne Innovation.

The role can be based in Skillman, NJ or Los Angeles, CA.

Specifically, The Senior Brand Manager Will * Own the strategy & development of breakthrough tech innovation from concept through to development and iteration of these solutions.

Leading the team to think differently about the role technology can play in building inclusive solutions that meet our consumer’s unmet needs.

Secure Skin Tech as an innovation incubator and modern marketing engine for Neutrogena.* Own the integration of Neutrogena Skin Tech and Skin360 into the Neutrogena and Clean & Clear strategic plans to propel our brands and achieve our business goals.

* Build standards of practice and garner cross-functional resources to support technical solutions and strategies, enabling technical solutions to be successful at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc.

and increase velocity & performance of our applications.* Manage the Skin Tech team, build & deliver the forecast, represent the team at leadership meetings & reviews and while partnering with the US marketing squad to commercialize our innovation* Drive excellence in all aspects of product development through partnership with R&D, Strategic Insights and Analytics, category and regional Marketing leads to discover breakthrough customer and category insights and trends to shape the marketing plan* Identify strategic principles behind successful initiatives and work closely with regional teams transfer learning.

Supervise and analyze key trends/competitors/external initiatives and share findings.* Build a high-performance environment and a culture of teamwork and innovation with partners and marketing counterparts Qualifications * A BA degree is required, master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred* A minimum of 6 years of multifaceted experience in setting a vision and executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role is required.* Consumer packaged goods organization is highly preferred.* Beauty experience is preferred.* Development and launch experience of a consumer facing app within an agile organization is preferred* Demonstrated brand business building, critical thinking, collaboration and leadership is required.* Demonstrated analytical skills and financial acuity in making effective business decisions is required.* Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups is preferred.* Experience in marketing thought leadership
– taking consumer insight and using it to drive thinking/ good decisions, is required.* Experience crafting successful innovation with a demonstrated ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand/project/innovation preferred* Experience with agencies (writing insightful briefs that led to great consumer relevant work)* Ability to travel up to 20% internationally is required.
