Senior Account Manager

nnThe ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve sales goals and maintain a great customer experience.

You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with retailers to understand their needs.

The ideal candidate must have substantive corporate retail experience in beauty or skin care.

This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently.

nn nn nn nn Responsibilities nn Work with key corporate luxury retail buyers to provide product solutions, develop new business, address marketing support needs to ensure client satisfaction Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact.

Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies.

Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.

Use client feedback to improve customer experience.

Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.

Ensure brand consistency.

Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.

Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines nn n nn nn Qualifications nn Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years’ of proven success in client management with corporate retail Familiarity with sales performance metrics Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
