160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Experiential Team in the Santa Monica office.

The Senior Account Manager will play an integral role within this group on a college sports-focused account, leading the Experiential team across the business, and on sponsorship planning and activations.

Responsibilities include:
Work hand-in-hand with Account Director to develop and execute activation strategy Main day-to-day contact with client, partner agencies, properties, vendors, and other stakeholders relevant to support client activation initiatives Build and strengthen client relationships through leadership, relationship building and strategic program development Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage numerous programs and resources simultaneously Liaise/interface with internal cross-functional departments and with external agency partners and vendors Develop presentations and client materials to support Activation strategy and implementation Provide general insight and expertise on Experiential landscape in covid and post-covid environment Deliver measurable results to the client and provide post-event reporting and ROI analysis Oversee and delegate activation related administrational and budget/accounting matters, including payments to vendors
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree A minimum of 6-8 years of agency or client-based experiential marketing and account management 3-5 years experience in managing a team Previous experience working in and around college sports Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail Enthusiastic and flexible team player with proactive approach to think strategically and creatively Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as required Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction A team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly Brand Ambassador and/or college sports experience is a plus Proficient in MS Office Suite 160/90 is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
