Here, you will make an impact by:/n Provide day to day oversight of the implementation process to clients on 3M HIS Scribing Solutions in conjunctions with other 3M HIS applications./n Successfully manage the relationship with the client, vendor and all stakeholders to foster a partnership between all parties./n Communicate internal and external messages, enacting as the projects/xe2/x80/x99 central point of contact./n Client implementation management through process oversight, status updates, and support management./n Client consulting by coordinating Technical, Operational, and training assistance to optimize system utilization and efficiency./n Client/Executive relationship through liaisons with Sales and client/xe2/x80/x99s management team./n Coordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects/n Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget/n Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility/n Ensure resource availability and allocation/n Develop, communicate and execute a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress/n Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques/nYour Skills and Expertise/xc2/xa0/nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:/n Bachelor/xe2/x80/x99s Degree or higher from(completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution/xc2/xa0OR High School Diploma/GED from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution/xc2/xa0and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in healthcare in lieu of the Bachelor/xe2/x80/x99s degree education requirement./n Five (5) years of Customer Support experience/n Five (5) years of health care industry experience/nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:/n Strong communication skills/n Healthcare dictation/transcription industry experience/n Proven analytical and problem-solving skills/n Strong organizational skills/n Collaborates with other teams and other team members/n Seeks answers independently/n Uses curiosity to further knowledge and skills/n Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)/n Must be able to work independently as well as part of team/nLocation: Remote, West Coast Preferred/nTravel: May include up to 50% travel/nRelocation Assistance: May be authorized/nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)./nSupporting Your Well-being/xc2/xa0/n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life /xe2/x80/x93 both physically and financially.
