Shift work and weekend work may be required. Customer has recently gone live and is experiencing operational challenges with using the EWM system. A team of experts has been onsite and assessed the challenges. In addition to recommendations for remediation to be made to the customer, the customer is also requesting some onsite operational support to help their warehouses get back to operational efficiency. Up to 5 functional experts are required for onsite support for possibly the next 4 weeks or more. Thank You!
