Your wheelhouse includes a solid grasp of business processes like collection channel data, channel incentive strategies, rebate or incentive calculations, and financial claims and rebate pay-outs.

The Work:Evaluate clients’ current sales functions and recommend sales ecosystem solutions that address their unique market and organizational needsRedesign client functions like sales talent management, incentive management, and operations as needed to achieve their goalsDesign and implement strategic selling tools with the support of project teamsBuild clients’ capabilities to measure and improve their sales productivity metricsLead change-management initiatives that drive adoption, ease implementation, and position clients’ sales transformation solutions for ongoing successEstablish long-term client relationships and support business development efforts when neededMentor junior team members, and continue to grow your own expertise to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership positionBe ready to rack up those air miles with frequent travel to clients when life resumes to normalQualifications Here’s What You Need:At least 5 years of professional experience in the following:Analyzing and assessing sales processes for GTM, inside sales, and sales operationsUsing data analytics on sales and business performanceDriving or participating in large, complex global transformation programsAt least 3 years of experience working with:SaaS solutions and determining how they fit into a client’s larger sales, channel and marketing application ecosystem Hands on experience with Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics other leading CRM, CPQ or ICM applications as well as other tools used for large data collection and analysisSome experience working in a consulting environmentA Bachelor’s degreeBonus Points If: Your Bachelor’s degree is in engineering, computer science, information systems, or businessKnowledge of industry trends for partner programs and platformsEqual Employment Opportunity StatementAccenture is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
