Sales Tool Manager | Adp

ADP is hiring a Sales Tools Manager.

In this position you will be driving that data analysis and recommended strategy based on the analysis within the Sales Enablement function of Worldwide Commercial Operations.

The Sales Enablement organization at ADP is focused on driving productivity within sales and improving efficiency of execution throughout the sales process.

As a Sales Tools Manager you will work within the existing sales tech stack of tools such as Groove, Conquer, Gong and Seismic to evaluate data and analytics and provide best practices and recommendations for next best sales actions based on that data.

If success motivates you, you belong at ADP.We strive for every interaction to be driven by our CORE values: Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, & Social Responsibility.Responsibilities: Partner with sales enablement, marketing and operations teams to strengthen the organization’s utilization and engagement of sales tools.Analyze the effectiveness of various programs, results and A/B tests, along with the presentation thereof.Make recommendations by presenting actionable information and insights to team members and senior leadershipGather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactivelyIdentify impact of sales tool data within sales tools to specific revenue and engagement KPI’s in sales and provide recommendations and guidance accordinglyReinforce the value/importance of data driven approach to selling in a modern sales environment based on buyer intent and digital interactionCompile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trendsEvaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company successStreamline and automate processes and reports for various stakeholders within Sales and Marketing.Understand and implement data visualization best practices.Work closely with key business stakeholders to gather feedback, evaluate success, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.Skills Required: Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms such as Groove or Conquer Strong quantitative and analytical skills with visualization experience Strong Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders Ability to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutionsQualifications Required: BA/BS degree 6-8 years’ experience in sales/business analytics or similar function in a corporate environment.

Experience analyzing data in a Sales Engagement Platform is a plus Experience presenting and communicating data concepts and analyses to senior leadership Exhibits sound business judgment and a proven ability to influence others Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization; a proactive, and action-oriented team player Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or servicesQualifications Required: BA/BS degree 6-8 years’ experience in sales/business analytics or similar function in a corporate environment.
