The goal of the Sales Operations function is to reduce friction in the sales process so as to ensure the execution of the company’s sales strategy while helping to positively influence the business unit’s sales strategy, team efficiency, and execution.The Sales Operations Manager helps the JLLT Revenue team by ensuring the accuracy of CRM (Salesforce.com) data, designing and maintaining sales reports, providing analysis of trends and insights regarding the company’s performance based on CRM and market data, and assisting with compliance of sales policies and procedures.What this job involves:* Upkeep and edit sales processes and policies based on feedback from management.* Assist sales team in compliance with sales processes and policy execution.* Assist sales team with the proper use and upkeep of Salesforce.com and other solutions in sales tool stack.* Analyze and report on data and key metrics in within Salesforce.com to identify trends and insights related to products, geographies, sales rep performance/quota attainment, campaigns, and other variables, as needed.* Provide analysis to sales and marketing leadership on ways in which the sales team can be refocused to take advantage of market opportunities.* Track quota attainment for the sales team.* Liaise with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties.* Assists in managing compliance program and sales operations help desk.* Develops sales operations policies and procedures.Sound like you?
