Sales Marketing Manager (Adtech/Martech)

We are seeking a Sales Marketing Manager with strong PPT and creative writing skills.

Ideally you come from a sales marketing or sales planning/strategy background within adtech, martech, or media/advertising with a focus on digital.

Responsibilities include: Work with retail sales leadership to develop and execute revenue driving sales materials-including presentations, one sheets, training materials, and more Determine sales marketing needs with sales team Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams Work with sales reps to develop proactive one sheets and seasonal sales materials Develop a monthly client facing newsletter highlighting creative and campaigns Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the sales materials Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team Take creative mocks and sold programs and build into ppt slides Develop interactive selling tools for zoom calls Update and build ppts for focused client discussions (ecomm, multicultural, retailer specific, brand, shopper) Assist with marketing materials for events we attend/sponsor Client engagement: Contests, swag, unique outreach Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market intelligence and competitive information Lead management Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising / adtech as a Sales Marketing Manager, Sales Planner, Media Planner, or similar role Ability to produce in a fast paced environment while juggling many priorities Very strong proficiency with PPT and Word Great writing skills and attention to detail Track record of delivering qualifiable impact on company revenue Amazing communications skills, both orally and in writing Ability to forge strong relationships and motivate teams and individuals Plenty of experience in customer relationship development and management Creative and analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills
