Key Job Responsibilities:
Create and implement product sales and promotion strategies.
Successfully introduce and obtain sales opportunities for the company brands through higher price level retailers and hypermarkets.
Manage on-going strategic market analysis and reports.
Ensure timely management of activities to meet business goals.
Language Requirement:
Must be fluent in English.
Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
Critical Skills/Criteria:
At least 5 years of experience in active sales at dairy industry.
Proven market knowledge.
Experience and contacts with higher price level retail food chains.
Respective customer database (including – the contacts of the decision-making persons in market chains).
Experience in high level negotiations, B2B sales skills and of introducing new products to the market and their successful development.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Orientation to the result, strategic thinking and organizational skills.
Candidates should have a high commercial intelligence, enthusiastic nature, and honest work ethics..
Efficiently cooperate with the partners, customers and the team.
Positive and motivated personality, able to work remotely and on own initiative.
Ability to travel on business trips: for reporting in Lithuania once per quarter.
Ability to undergo the initial one-month training in Lithuania.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Management.
Annual Salary:
$45,000
– $55,000 with bonus and commision

Travel Requirements:
One-month training in Lithuania .
Business trips for reporting in Lithuania once per quarter.
Must have a valid passport
Citizenship Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Reporting Relationship:
Reports directly to the Export Director in Lithuania.
