ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for client-facing / sales roles of various levels (Sales Manager to Director level).
Directors will be expected to take on a leading role within our family, but we are also seeking new talent that can grow within our organization.
As a Sleep Spa team member, you will be certified by the world’s leading sleep authority Dr.
Michael Breus aka “The Sleep Doctor” in order to guide patrons through our iconic Sleep Spa experience from a position of in-depth knowledge, where you calibrate your patrons to find the right model and tension that will heal their body for the next 50+ years.
The Role:
· Sleep Spa Sessions – become a sleep expert to lead informative and relaxing Sleep Spa experiences that are tailored to our ever-evolving clientele.
· Lead Generation – we value an entrepreneurial spirit to bring in new people to experience the best beds in the world.
You can decide how that happens.
· Ability to effectively take care of our sophisticated, impressive patrons through all forms of communication (upon contact, in sessions, and way past the point of sale)
· Ambassador – become a well-versed ambassador of The Sleep Spa, representing the organization in the best possible light even outside of regular work hours.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work effectively to support other locations, colleagues, operations team, and marketing.
· Training
– continuing education classes with Dr.
Breus to grow expertise in sleep science.
Requirements:
· Strong, persuasive, and strategic Communicator and Networking Skills
· A winner mentality and hunger to perform and inspire colleagues
· Self-motivated, goal-focused, proactive, and flexible
· Ability to work well in a team environment
· Language Skills a plus (especially Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French)
· 2+ years of luxury sales experience a plus
· College degree a plus
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Base Salary + Commission $$$ (Established team members range from $10-20k++ per Month)
· We are a profit share organization; compensation is lucrative and expected to grow even further as we are expanding.
