nn nn n nn nn Objectives: nn Capture orders, fill them, and ensure payment Nurture existing long-term customer relationships and actively develop new long-term customers Manage and assist existing sales reps and recruit/develop good reps for new territories Grow dealer network with only high quality partners nn n nn nn Skills and Requirements: nn Sales, Logistics, Quickbooks, Spreadsheets Experience dealing with large retailers Ability to work independently on multiple projects under a tight deadline Ability to time manage and problem solve Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple projects Great communication skills and a talent for collaboration In-Depth Proficiency with Quickbooks Enterprise Proficiency with invoicing Proficiency with spreadsheets and manipulating data Strong understanding of outdoor culture Ability to analyze information and problem solve as well as being able to prioritize your daily workload Substantial knowledge and understanding of Sales, inventory management, logistics, accounting Prior experience in a small company environment Outdoor industry specific experience Minimum 3 years of experience Strong organizational and communications skills BA/BS required nn n nn nn Primary Responsibilities nn Generate and collect orders Monitors accounts receivable for on-time payment from shipped orders Manage sales force of reps Forecasts sales and accessory orders Coordinates sales fulfillment and logistics Calculates and Reports Rep Commissions on the 1st of the Month for the previous month Performs Vetting of new dealers Maintains yearly dealer agreements for active dealers nn n nn nn Secondary Responsibilities nn Provide customer support
– answers retail questions Attend international and regional trade shows when needed Works cooperatively with channel partners to establish sales and marketing goals for territory and key accounts Research target sales segments and channels in assigned territories and develop recommendations for actions to the organization based on this information.
