Regional Sales ManagerATL Technology is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwestern USA that is a proven sales professional with the ability to develop regional market customer base and to establish strategic OEM accounts that can grow annually.
The physical location for this position can be in the region or based in our UT HQ.What you will be doing:The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing on the region’s strategy, will work closely with engineering and program management office and will be responsible for executing ATL’s strategic sales and marketing initiatives within the geographic region assigned (up to 50% travel).
The RSM will be responsible for lead generation and new market opportunities, and in some cases the global strategic initiatives for large multinational customers.
The RSM is responsible for developing and recommending customer product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share as well as achieve satisfactory profit margin for each account.
In addition, the RSM will establish and maintain the corporate image at trade associations, trade shows, and other local events.What we expect from you:Our preferred education would be a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing or related field.The right candidate will be a demonstrated ‘Sales Manager’ by possessing an abundance of strategic sales process and marketing experience and having demonstrated experience developing and delivering a long-term focused vision.
Our preferred skillset for this role includes someone with Honesty and integrity, a demonstrated achiever, a proven record of developing deep customer relationships, Goal oriented, Accountable, Self-starter; Ability to handle stressful situation, Effective negotiator, able to manage expenses efficiently and exceptional interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively (Multiple languages a plus).The right candidate will also have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and legal documents.
