1、负责当地市场工程项目客户的开发与维护；

2、分析当地市场和客户需求,开发当地精装工程市场,完成销售任务指标。
Analyze local market and customer demand, develop local hardcover market and achieve sales target.
3、工程客户关系维护,负责工程项目跟进和交付。
Project customer relationship maintenance, responsible for project process management and delivery
4、关注客户反馈和市场动态,竞品情况,及时调整策略,做好内部协调和沟通,输出本地市场策略。
Focus on customer feedback, market dynamics, competitor situation, timely adjust the strategy, perform internal coordination and communication, export the local market strategy
Required profile:
1、有工程项目或销售经验优先;
Engineering project or sales experience is preferred
2、熟悉当地建材家装市场；
Familiar with local building materials home decoration market
3、学习能力强,吃苦耐劳,擅长团队合作,较好的沟通 能力,整合能力;
