Sales Director

Our client is one of the fastest growing producing, content production and media companies there is.

They have a great culture and reputation and are now looking for a B2B Sales / Partnerships Director who is self-motivated and passionate about creativity to join there L.A.

team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the local team in L.A.

to grow new and repeat business

• Work collaboratively with the VP of Global Brand Partnerships

• Pragmatic and calm approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders

• Proactively identify new business contacts and opportunities

• Create high quality, creative proposals, and pitches

• Develop and manage key relationships with client decision makers

• Collaborate with account and campaign management

• Ensure wider team members are kept informed of market opportunities

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of brand partnerships/creative sales experience at a digital media publisher, influencer network, content manufacturer or crowd-sourcing platform

• Good understanding of the digital media landscape

• Ability to deliver strategic, creative and content based marketing proposals and solutions

• A proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering consistent revenue

• Experience with understanding client challenges and identifying solutions

• Strong relationships with brands and/or media/creative agencies

• Proven expertise and deep knowledge of relevant market intelligence and trends in content and influencer marketing, advertising, digital media, youth culture, the arts and social media

• Vertical specific experience in either Automotive, Travel&Hospitality, Food&Beverages, Tech,

• Passion for entertainment, the arts, content marketing, social media
