nn nn nn nn20% of this role will be drafting new contracts (templates are not always available, so strong drafting skills are required!).nn nn80% of this role will be managing and negotiating existing contracts.nn nn nn nnThese contracts are often end user licensing agreements, so experience with similar contracts is a huge plus!
Knowledge of relevant clauses
– with the government, indemnification, and vendors
– is key.
Experience in the public sector is highly preferred.
This Contracts Manager will need to know how to add/omit certain provisions
– from the university’s paper and client’s.
