Trufl is a hot new app that lets guests skip the waitlist and be seated quicker at the busiest restaurants, bars and clubs in town, and we’re looking to hire a rockstar hospitalitarian to manage multiple accounts and our team of Trufl Hosts in the LA area.

ABOUT TRUFL:

Trufl is an on-demand seating platform that allows guests to wait less at busy restaurants by bidding on the next available table during peak times.

The total amount bid may be used as a credit towards their food and beverage dining experience.

The Trufl platform includes a guest profile CRM system that allows restaurants to create a personalized hospitality experience.

Job Title: Hospitality Manager

Hospitality Managers will build and maintain strong relationships with Trufl restaurant partners.

This individual will onboard and train restaurant staff, helping them develop expertise with the Trufl restaurant tool.

This position will coordinate and supervise Trufl hosts and ensure that Trufl provides the highest quality hospitality service.

Hospitality Managers will be responsible for developing, executing, and iterating on the restaurant onboarding process, allowing restaurants to make a smooth transition to the Trufl platform.

The person in this position reports to the Director of Hospitality in their respective region.

Job Type: Full-Time

Total Compensation: $60,000-$80,000

Job Responsibilities:
Possess intricate knowledge of the Trufl application, Trufl Restaurant tool, and Trufl business model and be able to communicate with Trufl customers and restaurants
Train all hosts and restaurant staff on Trufl front of house tool and application
Proactively provide support and solutions to any restaurant operations issues that clients may have
Report account activity to Director of Hospitality and escalate any issues to the appropriate individual
Leverage hospitality expertise to develop a high-quality and satisfactory relationship with every Trufl restaurant partner
Desired Experience/Skills:
Ability to operate independently with limited oversight
2 years of Hospitality Leadership experience
Knowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service, hospitality management
Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building and interpersonal skills

Pay: $60,000.00
– $80,000.00 per year
