Work you’ll doAs a Senior Manager within our Rewards and Well-being team within our Workforce Transformation practice you will:+ Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects+ Responsible for the development of business and vendor relationships+ Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process+ Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans+ Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team+ Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships+ Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues+ Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff+ Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing processThe team The Workforce Transformation practice delivers solutions to help our clients transform their workforces and workplaces for business success in this era of technology disruption.

Workforce Transformation supports our clients by:+ Imagining and transforming the composition and capabilities of the workforce to match the needs of the future of work in this age of technology disruption+ Delivering end-to-end transformations of workforce programs, services and processes to identify, build and incent to drive success of organizations and their workforces+ Delivering solutions within each workforce domain: Rewards & Well-being; Performance, Learning & Career Mobility; Leadership & Teaming; Diversity & Inclusion Qualifications Required:+ Bachelor’s degree+ 12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience+ 8 years in a technical or functional leadership role+ 8 years of Rewards and Well Being experience+ 8 years of retirement plan experience (DC, DB)+ 8 years of experience in compensation in the public or private sector or a compensation consulting background+ Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience+ Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business+ Actuarial credentials such as ASA, EA, or FSA+ Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role + Up to 50% travel may be required (While travel may be required for the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)Preferred:+ 8 years of retirement plan experience (DC, DB) with more than one provider organization+ 8 years of Rewards and Well Being experience with more than one provider organization+ Experience mentoring and coaching others+ Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills and decision-making abilities+ Experience managing senior-level client relationships+ Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)+ Successful marketing ability in selling services to prospects and existing clients+ Experience understanding trends in the marketplace+ Ability to work in a team environment sharing ideas and working collaboratively+ Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment+ Proficient PowerPoint and Word Skills+ Visio, Access, and Microsoft project a plusAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
