POSITION TITLE: Retail Operations Manager

POSITION PURPOSE:

Primary function is to support the field organization in achieving top-line sales while improving bottom-line profitability.

Oversees inventory, store cleanliness, store displays, product stocking, customer complaints and returns.

Tracking the progress of the store to determine if the store is meeting revenue goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Act as a liaison between field and corporate to resolve problems in a timely manner.

Analyze and improve organizational processes and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiencies.

Oversees implementation and execution of new roll outs.

Resolve customer complaints and return issues.

Support the field organization in achieving top-line sales and improving bottom-line profitability.

Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.

Manage parking and storage accounts for stores and field relocation.

Ensure all software, hardware and report access requests for field members are fulfilled and oversees new store openings, store closings and relocation.

Review and approve all store supply orders.

EDUCATION: Associate Degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6-8 Years
