We’re looking for an Assistant Manager (Full-time) to join our store team!

Having a passion for customer service is a must, along with embodying our DUER values of authenticity and adventure.

Reporting to the Store Manager, this individual will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, sales, and team development
– along with growing our DUER community.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

STORE OPERATIONS
Lead, manage, and execute day to day operations at the store Implement and maintain in-store merchandising plans to the highest standard Assist all inventory management processes (product replenishment, back stock maintenance, shipping/receiving) Collaborate with the Store Manager to update and implement policies and processes Support the Omni-Channel experience in-store; Ecomm Order Management, Curbside Pick Up, Ship to Home Anything else as delegated by the Store Manager

DRIVING SALES
Ensure KPI and sales goals are always met and exceeded 100% on the sales floor to lead by example and coach in the moment Manage and achieve in-store KPI’s Lead by example on the sales floor while coaching and developing all staff in the moment Bring to life all marketing initiatives and campaigns

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / COMMUNITY / BRAND
Ensure customer experience is world-class on the sales floor, all of the time Plan, execute, and grow the DUER community through store events, partnerships, and local ambassadors Become an internal product knowledge expert and truly live and breathe the DUER brand Be a lead brand ambassador in the local community

PEOPLE
Assist the Store Manager in all HR functions related to hiring, team development, scheduling, payroll, and performance management Train, and develop a high performing team that provides world-class experiences

SCHEDULING + AVAILABILITY
Generally works between 32-40 hours per week Needs to be available 1 full weekend day every week(Saturday or Sunday)

QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years retail management experience Post-secondary education or university degree Previous experience in fashion/performance apparel industry
