We have a great opportunity for a full time Restaurant Manager in our Trendy Gastropub inspired Restaurant Public School 213 in Downtown Los Angeles.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for FOH in assisting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant including the selection, development and performance management of employees, guest satisfaction and maintaining the company culture of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager reports to the General Manager.
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize guest’s satisfaction
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Assist with setting and communicating company policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Assist with recruitment and training of new employees
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Assist the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Other duties will be assigned
Required Experience:
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to open/close
- An open availability (days, nights, weekends)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
