Restaurant Manager

We are currently recruiting for a people orientated Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team at The Old Government House Hotel.

The hotel offers two restaurant dining options which are in The Brasserie Restaurant and The Curry Room.

The restaurant manager will work alongside another restaurant manager to ensure the smooth running of both restaurants and will report into the Food & Beverage Manager.

The Old Government House Hotel and Spa is the only five star hotel on the island, located at the Heart of St.

Peter Port.

This historic hotel with panoramic sea views, sits proudly just up the hill from the main shopping street and a five minute walk from the quayside.
